Abstract
The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of workers' COVID-19 risk perception and literacy on compliance of preventive behaviors. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a total of 361 workers working in J-do were surveyed, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted using the SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. As a result of the study, it was found that the more workers' work experience and the higher the risk perception and literacy, the higher the COVID-19 compliance of preventive behaviors, and the explanation power was 26.0%. Based on these research results, in order to improve workers' COVID-19 compliance of preventive behaviors, the company creates a working environment where workers can work for a long time, Identify the characteristics of occupations with a high risk of infection and increase risk perception and In order to improve literacy, it is necessary to establish an infection control system in the company and educate on infection prevention. Furthermore, the government needs investment and support to improve the supplementary response guidelines and quarantine system. This study is meaningful in that it identified factors influencing workers' risk perception and literacy of COVID-19 compliance of preventive behaviors and discussed health and welfare alternatives to increase COVID-19 compliance of preventive behaviors.
